Web Order :
You can make an online order at any time; simply select the desired items, the method of payment (Credit Card, Cash or Bank Transfer) and confirm the order.
No registration is required.
Payment Methods
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay:
You can pay with any type of card (debit, credit, or prepaid) enabled for online payments, directly, or through a PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay account, at no additional cost. PayPal, a global leader in online transactions, guarantees the security of your data on dilucamilano.com, also allowing you to save your details for faster and easier future purchases.
In the event of a cancellation or refund, the refund can be made through the same PayPal system, with the same guarantees of reliability and security (if you do not have a PayPal account, a bank transfer will be issued instead).
Cash on Delivery :
With payment in cash it is possible to pay for items ordered at the time of delivery, in cash, with a contribution of € 5.90; the costs of shipping charges will be applied without variations.
Available only in Italy with GLS.
Bank Payment:
In the case of bank transfers you will not need to provide any personal financial information: during the purchase procedure you will be provided with our bank account details (see below) to make the payment; having verified the transaction (usually two to three working days), the order will be shipped to the customer in accordance with the selected mode.

Di Luca Milano assures its customers that make payments online all the safety of the PayPal circuit. Each transaction involves:
• Privacy of transactions and guarantees concerning their financial and personal information, which is handled anonymously and independently by PayPal
• Protection against computer fraud (falsification, reproduction or transfer of financial transactions), with 24/7 monitoring of all transactions, by means of automatic and manual controls (Fraud Office workers)
• Verification system of PayPal identity, to guarantee users an additional level of verification of the identity of the seller (Dilfam Ltd. is a PayPal verified user)
In each case, both regarding online transactions, and postal and banking transactions, Dilfam srl will never be aware of the client's financial data.
Free Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange or return products FREE OF CHARGE by notifying info@dilucamilano.com within 30 days of receiving the goods (only for orders to Italy*). In the case of returning goods from other countries, the customer will be refunded the full amount of the order excluding the shipping fee (round trip).
The products must be intact; used products cannot be exchanged.
In the event of a return, the customer will be refunded the full order amount upon receipt of the returned goods, via bank transfer or PayPal (2-4 business days days from receipt of the goods).
If, however, you wish to exchange a product, you will only be charged any price difference with respect to the item chosen for replacement. If the item chosen for replacement is lower in price than the previously ordered item, Di Luca Milano will pay the remaining amount to the customer via bank transfer or PayPal (2-4 business days from receipt of the goods).
If the goods are damaged upon delivery (the package is intact but the goods inside are damaged), you must report the damage within 5 days of receiving the goods. Then contact customer service at info@dilucamilano.com and attach clear photos of the damage to the report. Once the previous points have been met, the goods will be replaced with an identical product.
*Excluding remote locations, such as lagoons, smaller islands, or islands with special status. For these locations, you will be required to pay the additional costs required by the courier, while shipping will be paid by Di Luca Milano. For info info@dilucamilano.com
